When will my watch arrive?
Order preparation generally takes 2–5 business days; specialised or partner items may take up to 7. Total estimates, including preparation, are 5–15 business days in metropolitan France, 7–20 in the EU, and 10–30 internationally. Product, checkout, or order-confirmation estimates take precedence.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free only when an applicable offer is displayed; standard shipping is not always free.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch when available. It can take 24–48 hours for the first tracking updates to appear.
How do I request a return?
To withdraw, notify us within 14 calendar days starting the day after receipt, then send the item within a further 14 days. Email contact@apexdriver.shop with your order details and wait for the authorized return address. Return the item complete and in its original condition and packaging whenever possible. You may inspect it; missing packaging alone does not automatically remove your rights. The customer pays return postage for withdrawal returns.
